- Educated and qualified — associate degree required; bachelor’s or teaching credential preferred.

- Subject specialists — especially in advanced math or other high-demand subjects.
- Experienced with youth — comfortable working with elementary, middle, or high school students.
What It Takes
To ensure we deliver the highest quality instruction to our students, all applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Background clearance — must pass a background check.
- Health clearance — valid Tuberculosis (TB) test.
- Academic excellence — minimum 3.0 GPA in college coursework.
- Higher education status — enrolled in college or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Schedule availability — at least 4 days per week (Mon–Sat) between 2 PM and 8 PM.
