Whant to work
with us?
With acceptance rates near 4%, admission to elite universities demands far more than perfect grades. We equip students and families with the strategic insight and institutional understanding required to stand out in the most competitive admissions landscape in the world.
1) Interest Form
Families interested in partnering with our advisory practice are invited to complete and submit an interest form. This allows us to learn more about the student’s academic profile, goals, and overall alignment with our model.
For high school students, minimum benchmarks typically include a 4.0 GPA and PSAT/SAT scores of 1300 or above, reflecting the academic foundation required for highly selective admissions.
2) Family Consultation
Selected Families will be invited to schedule a personal consultation with one of our senior advisors. This conversation allows us to better understand your goals, expectations, and overall alignment with our advisory approach.
During this conversation, families gain deeper insight into our advisory approach, our expectations, and the level of engagement required to navigate highly selective admissions successfully.
3) Student Interview
Students participate in an informal interview as part of our admissions review.
This conversation allows us to gain a deeper understanding of the student’s academic ambitions, intellectual interests, character, and overall readiness for our advisory model.
4) Formal Invitation
Following the student interview, select candidates will receive a formal invitation to join our advisory practice. Because our model is intentionally boutique and high-touch, we accept only ten new students each year.
This limited enrollment ensures that every student receives the individualized attention, strategic guidance, and mentorship that define our practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is your advisory practice best suited for?
Our practice is designed for motivated, high-achieving students and their families aspiring to apply to highly selective institutions (top ranked universities , such as Harvard and Oxford) and who are prepared to engage deeply in the level of preparation these institutions require.
What services do you offer?
- Comprehensive multi-year planning
- Application-year strategy
- Essay support
- Athletic recruiting guidance (if applicable)
When should students begin working with you?
Students may be accepted to work with our team as early as middle school, and we accept students at all grade levels and stages of the admissions journey. Whether a family is seeking early pre-planning, academic and extracurricular direction, or comprehensive college application preparation, we tailor our support to meet each student where they are.
What criteria do you use when selecting students for your practice?
We take a highly selective approach when inviting students into our practice. While strong academic performance is foundational (a minimum 4.0 GPA and PSAT/SAT scores of 1300 or above), we look beyond metrics. We seek students who demonstrate genuine intellectual curiosity, sustained initiative, self-motivation, and the maturity to engage meaningfully with feedback.
Our most successful students are those who are not only high-achieving, but who are prepared to think deeply, work intentionally, and take ownership of their growth throughout the admissions journey.
Do you provide admission support for all colleges and universities?
We speacilize in admission advising for top ranked unviersities. Families interested in working with us should have an interest in applying to at-least one top ranked univeristy.
What sets your advisory practice apart?
Our approach is grounded in thoughtful strategy, never résumé padding. Rather than encouraging students to accumulate activities, we guide them in developing genuine intellectual depth, sustained commitment, and a clear sense of purpose. The goal is not simply to build an impressive profile, but to cultivate a student who is engaged, reflective, and prepared to contribute meaningfully in a rigorous academic environment.
Our distinguished advisory team is Harvard-educated and has held, or currently holds, roles at Ivy-league universities and educational institutions. This experience gives us a nuance understanding of highly selective admissions and the developmental journey behind a compelling application. We combine that expertise with individualized mentorship, ensuring each student feels both challenged and supported throughout the process.
We are as invested in who our students become as in the institutions they go on to join.
Do you offer group options?
The college admissions journey is deeply individual, and our boutique model reflects that philosophy. We work with students one-on-one to provide highly personalized, strategic guidance tailored to each student’s goals and trajectory.
From time to time, we offer select webinars and small-group workshops in partnership with schools and nonprofit organizations. However, our core advisory services remain intentionally individualized to ensure depth, discretion, and meaningful impact.
Is advising virtual or in person?
Most families work with us virtually. In-person options can be discussed during the consultation.
What investment levels are available for your advisory services?
We offer a range of advisory engagements designed to meet students at different stages of the admissions journey. Investment levels typically range from $10,000 for focused support (comprehensive essay development), to $75,000+ for multi-year, strategic advising that includes academic planning, extracurricular positioning, and full application guidance.
Do you guarantee admission?
We do not guarantee admission to Ivy League or any other highly selective institutions. No ethical consultant can promise admission; Our team helps students develop a thoughtful, authentic, and strategically positioned application that reflects their strengths and aligns with the right-fit schools.
How do you stay current with admissions trends?
Our advisors are career education leaders who remain actively engaged in the evolving landscape of higher education. Many of our team members currently hold affiliations with top universities and have served in roles across admissions, academic leadership, and student development.
Because we are embedded in university communities and professional education networks, we stay closely attuned to shifts in admissions priorities, institutional strategy, and emerging trends, allowing us to advise families with perspective that is both current and deeply informed.
