Kern Tutoring is launching a new scholarship to invest in aspiring teachers at CSUB and support their path into education.

Supporting Future Teachers

In partnership with the California State University, Bakersfield.

The Kern Tutoring Scholarship Endowment for Future Teachers helps students pursuing teaching credentials reduce financial barriers and continue their training for classroom instruction. The fund will support students meeting the following criteria:

First-generation college students

Students from low-income households

Students pursuing a teaching credential

Every gift helps support local student teachers at CSUB.
